The body of a multi-joint industrial robot
The 6-DOF multijoint industrial robot jointly developed by GRI and Guangxi University has reached the advanced level in domestic market. The core technologies such as robot control system and welding CAM system have independent intellectual property rights and can replace similar imported welding robots, greatly reducing the external technical dependence, and promoting the improvement of the level of equipment manufacturing technology in our region.
The robot and its system have the following characteristics:
1. The welding CAM system with CAD navigation has CAD parameterized design, intelligent trajectory planning and automatic generation of machining code.
2, It has the intelligent shift clamping mechanism to realize the multi-station precise positioning welding and the synchronous coordination with the robot;
3、The body of industrial robot adopts the joint arm structure and modular design to design and manufacture the related parts with the aim of optimal cost performance.
4、The robot controller adopts multi-axis digital motion control board with high performance dsp as the core processor and its synchronous coordination control board.
